motivational mantras

My three favorite mantras lately and the circumstances in which they are applied:

For when I’m feeling anxious about something and worried about failing.
(Focus on what I’m gaining out of the process rather than the end result)

For after failing actually happens.
(The next time can and will be better)

For when I fear the judgement of strangers or acquaintances.
(Everyone probably spends the most effort worrying about themselves)
